Toggles...

When I went to M. Steffan's Sons the other day, I was planning on getting some device for closing the flap on the handlebar bag.  Instead, the lady that runs the place suggested that I use loops and buttons instead of buying something fancy...
My dad cut out four small blocks of wood for me to shape into toggles.

You can see in the photo the progression from square block to rounded toggle...

I just need to shape and sand them all...then finish the wood and attach them to the bag.
